Course Description
The Primal Fitness Coach Certification teaches individuals to become fitness coaches that are proficient at training clients to be fit for life—to avoid injuries, increase mobility, develop lean muscle mass, protect joints, and optimize metabolic health. This well-rounded functional fitness certification covers best practices for daily movement, strength-training and conditioning, HIIT exercises, sprinting, and more. This course is comprised of 23 comprehensive chapters containing text, video, and audio, to accommodate all learning styles.
