Payment Plan Policy and Procedures

Primal Health Coach Institute offers flexible payment plan options to students. If you are on a payment plan, payments must be made on time as determined and agreed upon at the time of enrolling. If payments are not made on time, Primal will take the following steps to give you every reasonable chance to bring your account into good standing, so that you can remain a part of the program and continue your studies.

Updating Your Credit Card or Payment Details

Upon a payment not being made in a timely manner (including if a card has expired or is otherwise declined), we will email you about the non-payment and provide you with an opportunity to update your existing credit card or add a new credit card for payment processing. The email will contain a link to an online form that you can use to update your payment details. Or you can call us at 844-307-7662 (or 310-579-6596) M-F, 9 am to 5 pm PST, to update your payment details by phone.

How We Contact You Upon Payment Failure

If you do not update your payment details after receiving the first email, the same steps will occur for two subsequent payment failures. After the third decline and the third email has been sent, if you have not updated your payment details the case will be escalated to our customer service team and they will attempt to contact you by email and/or phone. If after three contact attempts by our customer service team, if payment remains outstanding, we will send one final notice of cancellation via mail to your physical address. Upon 30 days from the third decline, if payment remains outstanding, your access to the course will be terminated, your profile will be removed from the Coach Directory (if one exists), you will be removed from our private Facebook Group(s), and you are to cease the use of the Primal Health Coach name and mark. We reserve the right to make additional communications but are not obliged to do so.

If, after termination, you would like to bring your account into good standing and recommence your studies, re-enrollment will be at our sole discretion.

Keep Your Contact Information Updated

Coaches are advised to keep contact information—both email and physical address—up-to-date at all times. All email correspondence from us to you will be sent to the email address you provided to us when subscribing for more information or at the time of purchase. To update this email address, call us at 844-307-7662 (or 310-579-6596) M-F, 9 am to 5 pm PST.

Note: Updating your course profile email address within the online course learning center will not change the email address we use to contact you by email. 

Behavior Standards Policy and Procedures

It's important to Primal Health Coach Institute to maintain the highest standards of excellence in order to protect the quality, value and perception of the Primal Health Coach Institute name, brand and mark. As a Primal Health Coach Institute student or coach, we expect you to do the same, representing the company in a professional manner.

Per our Waiver and Release Agreement and Certification License Agreement, you must abide by our Code of Ethics and Covenants. As a Primal Health Coach Institute student or graduate, you are not to engage in any activity that diminishes the value of the Primal Health Coach mark, must not make false or derogatory statements about Primal Health Coach Institute, your colleagues or clients, and must use professional language when communicating with Primal Health Coach Institute, your colleagues and clients. This includes but is not limited to using foul or demeaning language in email correspondence, on Facebook or elsewhere online, or in any other public forum. The use of profanity or implied profanity (i.e. "F you"; "a**hole") with Primal, colleagues and clients is prohibited.

If you breach our Code of Ethics or otherwise do not uphold your part of either agreement we will follow the procedures outlined below.

In most cases, if you are not in good standing—as judged by Primal Health Coach Institute—or if you have breached some term of our agreements, we will send you a written notice via email and via postal service, advising you of the details.

We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, Primal Health Coach Institute will terminate your access to the course, remove your coaching profile from the Coach Directory (if one exists), revoke your access to our private Facebook Group(s), and request that you cease the use of the Primal Health Coach name and mark.

If we are able to resolve the issue and then subsequently a second breach our agreement(s) occurs, Primal Health Coach Institute will terminate and revoke all access as described above.

Non-response to our written notices will not be deemed as any sort of admission of alleged violations. Non-response may result in a further step of communication effort, but failure to participate in the resolution process would result in termination.

In extreme cases, Primal Health Coach Institute reserves the right to not issue notices prior to terminating agreements and revoking access and status.
